I love you momma:
In teams of 4 (2 mums & 2 kids) perform 2 7min – AMRAPs:
Team members 1 and 2 complete the following 7min AMRAP:
Shuttle Sprint 5-10-15
10 Burpees
10 KB Swings 24/16
At the same time, team members 3 and 4 complete the following 7min AMRAP:
200m Row
10 Push Ups on Bag
10 DB Goblet Squats
After the 7 mins of AMRAP are up, the whole team should rest for 3 minutes and then switch!
